This is why I love the internet.
After 35 minutes of being on hold with Time Warner and then getting disconnected after finally getting to them, I got frustrated and tweeted out to them for help, as I tend to do when working with a big company that I know has Twitter. They reached out for me right away with apologies and had someone contact me immediately and gave me everything I needed. Plus a discount for all my trouble.
And it proved to my boss that social networking really is a great business tool. Oh and I got my way, which is always a plus!
